CY Coaching Academy coaching trainings are accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation), which is recognized as the authority on coaching in the world. ICF; It sets the standards of the coaching profession and serves the coaching profession with coaches serving in many parts of the world by providing an independent naming system. Our trainings are prepared in line with ICF standards, in accordance with ICF core competencies and ethical rules.
Our program has adopted the Gestalt school of Fritz Perls. It also contains effective methods of Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, COactive coaching, fundemantals of psychology, positive psychology and NLP techniques adapted to coaching. The Gottman Relationship Therapy methodology has been recognized as a pioneer in relationship coaching.
The entire program lasts 529 hours and its content consists of classroom sessions, hands-on development methods, workshops, self-learning.
All lectures and workshops are held online via Zoom.
Participants who successfully complete the program and graduate are eligible to become ICF members and can apply for ACC / PCC titles.

Participants who complete the minimum training hours required by the title during the CF qualification process are mentored before taking the oral and written exam. The mentoring process takes 10 hours in total.
Participants who complete the minimum training hours are mentored before taking the oral and written exam. The mentoring process takes 10 hours in total. In this process, while you reinforce what you know about basic competencies with your mentor coach, you can find answers to your questions at the end of the training process, and you will have the necessary equipment to prepare for the audio and written exam. Of this 10-hour period, 7 hours are group work, while the other 3 hours focus on your individual coaching performance evaluation.
